If a jewelry item fails within that period of time, JewelryCircle.com, at its discretion, will either repair or replace the item. Normal wear and tear, abuse, and the loss of precious, semi-precious stones or pearls from settings are not covered. A shipping and handling charge of $20 or 15% of the item's cost (whichever is greater) will be charged to the customer.

I ordered a 16" white gold diamond rope chain - 1mm - on the advise from a gentleman I spoke with on the telephone.
He was 100% correct in advising me to get the 1mm instead of a 2mm.
The chain shipped on Monday, March 29th & it was on my neck on Wednesday March 31st.
It's all that I wanted it to be. Solid, graceful, well-made - quality at a reasonable price.

I just wanted to let you know that you really made my wife's Christmas special. I gave her the 20 inch reversible omega necklace. It was stunning - quality, weight, etc. There was no local shop that could even come close to your price - in fact, there was nothing like it to be found locally. She has many custom designed pendants that accent the omega, but she wears it alone as a classic necklace. Even though there was delay in reaching us (not your fault), it arrive Christmas Eve.
