What type of extender (or item #) could be used with your 4mm reversible omega necklace? Extenders are not available for reversible omega necklaces. I am interested in a reversible 14K gold omega. I need a 22 inch. Is it possible to create this length and if so what would the price be? Reversible omega necklaces do not come as long as 22". what is a box clasp?
