Shipping and Handling
All merchandise ordered from JewelryCircle.com is shipped at no extra charge via USPS Priority Mail with Signature Confirmation. To track the status of your shipment, you can obtain a tracking number by visiting your Account Page. Orders usually arrive at their destination within 2-3 days, depending on location.Free Shipping & Handling is extended only to customers in the continental United States of America. For foreign orders, we will contact you depending on whether or not we ship to your location and discuss shipping options. Our Express Shipping option is not available if you are shipping the merchandise to an alternate mailing address that is different from your billing address.
If you would like to ship to an address different than your credit card billing address please complete the appropriate shipping address portion when checking out. Shipping to an alternate address requires additional verification and will in most cases delay shipment of your order by 1-2 days.
Also, if an item is out of stock or unavailable, we will contact you within the 24-48 hour shipping time span to notify you of the options that you have. You will not be billed until items are available and ready for shipment.
