  Is there a warranty on the merchandise I purchase from you?

There sure is!  While nearly all online jewelers offer no warranty at all, we offer a 2 Year Warranty on all purchases made from our website at no additional cost.  You can read about our warranty by visiting our warranty page.

  What are your shipping policies and what options do I have?

We offer absolutely free priority shipping to all our customers in the United States.  You can also choose to have your merchandise shipped via Express Shipping for an additional $30.  To add express shipping on an order, simply select the “USPS Express Mail” option on the final page of your checkout page.

  What forms of payment do you accept?

We gladly accept the VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, and DISCOVER cards.  We also except bank wires and money orders (read below).

  Is it safe to use my credit card?

  Do you accept money wires and money orders?

Yes, we do!  To purchase using a bank wire or money order, please select the “Direct bank transfer” payment option at checkout.  We will contact you via email after you submit your order to provide further instructions.

  Do you accept international orders?

  Do you charge sales tax on purchase?

Only if you live in California.  If you don’t live in California, you will not be charged any sales tax.

  How do I know that you received my order?

Upon submitting your order, you will be given an order number.  You will also be sent a confirmation receipt by e-mail indicating that we have received your order.  If for some reason,  you did not receive an order number or confirmation receipt, please contact us at Service@JewelryCircle.com.

  What if I don’t want to order on the Internet?

  Can you custom size?

Yes, we can custom size many articles of jewelry including most gold chains, bracelets, and rings.  Please contact us at Service@JewelryCircle.com with your customization questions.

  Do you engrave and how much does it cost?

Yes, we can engrave on most items that have space for engraving on their surfaces.  If the engraving is minimal (one or two words), we will include it for free.  Otherwise, there will be a small charge. Please indicate what you would like engraved in the “Notes” field of your shopping basket before checking out.  If you have any questions, please let us know.

  How do I know my ring size?

There are many good pages for “ring size chart” on google.  One that you can use is this one.

  Do you make or design custom jewelry?

Yes we do! This is one of the things that differentiates us from other online jewelers.  We have skilled jewelers who are ready to design your custom jewelry requests.  Please contact us at Service@JewelryCircle.com with all custom design requests.

  How can you offer such low prices on quality jewelry?

  Is your jewelry solid gold?
